By accessing and using BrandSovereign World's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at brandsovereign.world (the "Service") operated by BrandSovereign World ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

BrandSovereign World provides strategic marketing services specifically tailored for businesses operating in the Philippines and Southeast Asian markets. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Social Media Marketing and Management
• Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising Campaigns
• Content Marketing and Strategy Development

• Marketing Consultation and Strategic Planning

All services are delivered with consideration for Philippine business culture, local market dynamics, and regional consumer behavior patterns.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password for your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or are inactive for extended periods.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BrandSovereign World and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

All content created for clients during the course of service delivery becomes the intellectual property of the client upon full payment of agreed fees. BrandSovereign World retains the right to use anonymized case studies and general methodologies for marketing purposes.

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, our payment structure includes:

• 50% deposit upon signing service agreement
• Remaining 50% upon delivery of initial results or at 30-day milestone
• Monthly retainers due on the 1st of each month
• Project-based work due upon completion and client approval

Late payments may incur a 2% monthly service charge. Services may be suspended for accounts overdue by more than 15 days. All fees are in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

We strive to deliver high-quality services with the following service level commitments:

• Email response within 24 business hours
• Monthly progress reports for ongoing campaigns
• Quarterly strategy review meetings for retainer clients
• Emergency support for critical campaign issues within 4 hours

ROI expectations and timelines vary by industry and market conditions. While we set ambitious targets based on industry benchmarks, actual results depend on factors beyond our control including market competition, economic conditions, and client implementation.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices. This Privacy Policy complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.

We collect and process personal data only for legitimate business purposes related to service delivery. Client data is never shared with third parties without explicit consent. All data is stored securely with appropriate technical and organizational measures.

In no event shall BrandSovereign World, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Our total liability to you for all damages arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cebu City, Philippines.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, we encourage parties to seek mediation before pursuing litigation. This promotes faster resolution and maintains professional relationships.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
